Technical Solutions Group (TSG) is composed of 3 divisions. Our Hardware & Software division, our Digital Signage Division (Digiplayer) division and our Liquor Control Division (Barworx). Technical Solutions Group is a full-service VAR (value-added-reseller) of computer hardware and software. TSG installs and services networking equipment and software, repairs to all computer hardware, install off-the-shelf software and train our customers on its use.

TSG's mandate is to provide Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions and services. We are organized to give our clients the benefits of a strong local presence. We work with our clients to deliver 'end-to-end' solutions and services.

TSG seeks to work with its clients throughout the business and ICT life cycle of plan, implement and manage. We put the client at the heart of everything we do, presenting ourselves to them as a single, reliable, professional partner for the complete life cycle. We provide service and support on a contract basis, advanced purchase of discounted block time, or on an hourly basis. Contract and block time customers get priority with a 4-hour response guarantee and same day on site Server-down.

When necessary and feasible we provide loaners for them. TSG customers rely on us to solve all of their technology problems.
